Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
2 whole Jalepeno peppers
2 cloves of garlic
(extra red peppers to taste preferred)

1/2 cup vinegar
1 T sugar
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper (if don't use fresh red peppers above)

chopped onion
chopped green peppers
chopped green and black olives
chopped green chilies
1 avocado
fresh tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Fill blender with canned tomatoes
Puree onions, peppers & garlic with tomatoes

Pour in kettle
add 1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper (if don't use fresh red peppers above)
Simmer until thick

Chill
Add remaining ingredients and mix all together
serve chilled
