Corn Beef
Head of Cabbage
Potatoes
carrots
Any other veggies you like

Sauce: 2Tbsp of Butter or Margarine 1Tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 cup Brown Sugar 5Tbsp Catsup
3 Tbsp vinegar or 2Tbsp Vinegar with 1Tbsp OJ (best)

Cook Corn Beef according to package
Place Cooked Corn Beef in baking dish
Dot with cloves then pour the sauce over it,

For sauce: simmer sauce ingredients and stir until blended. Pour over corn beef and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, basting occasionally. Remove cloves before serving.

I boil veggies separately from Corn Beef. You can add some of the water from the boiled corn beef. Some like to boil the veggies with in the corn beef water but it can get greasy

My mother cooked our corn beef this way when I was young. I cook it for my family and they all seem to love it. Every year we have a crowd for St Pats Day. Last year I cooked 5 corn beefs,
