4 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
milk or cream (if needed)

1. Preheat oven to 425º
2. Mix beaten eggs, sugar, melted margarine, nutmeg, and vanilla
3. Add flour gradually
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges begin to brown
