2 ..................... Eggs
½ c ................. White Sugar
½ tsp .............. Salt
3 tbsp ............. Dry Mustard
½ c ................. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat together eggs, sugar and salt.

2. Make a paste of the mustard and water and add to mixture.

3. Add the vinegar.

4. Cook until thick in a double boiler

5. Pour into glass jars, cool and can then be kept in the fridge.

Microwave Version:
Cook for 2 minutes on medium, stir.
Cook again for 2 minutes on medium, stir.
Cook for 1 minute on medium.
