4 cups milk
2 pkg. yeast
1 cup water
1 cup + 1 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1 cup oil
3 beaten eggs
11-12 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald and cool milk. Dissolve yeast in water with 1 tsp. sugar. Let set until it rises. Add yeast to cooled milk. Add to cooled milk: 1 cup sugar, salt, oil and beaten eggs. Mix well. Add raised yeast and flour. Let rise and punch down. Let rise a second time. Form into buns and let rise until light. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes.
