1 lb. Sausage, loose, ground
1/2 c. Onion, diced
1 Green Pepper, diced
1 Red Pepper, diced
1 sm. can Sliced Mushrooms
4 c. fresh Bread Crumbs
4 Eggs
1-1/2 c. Milk
1 c. Cooper Sharp Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet, drain.
Mix sausage, onion, peppers, mushrooms, and bread crumbs in a large casserole dish.
Beat eggs and milk. Pour over the sausage mixture. Top with cheese.
Refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours, or overnight.
Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
