2 1/2 c flour divided
1/2 c powdered sugar
3/4 c cold butter
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1/3 c lime juice
1/2 tsp lime peel
1/2 tsp baking powder
Additional powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In abowl combine 2 c flour and powdered sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pat into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until lightly browned.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs,sugar,lime juice and peel until frothy. Combine the baking powder and remaining flour; whisk in egg mixture. Pour over hot crust. Bake for 20-25 min or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
