Spelt Version:
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
¾ cup +2 Tbs Margarine/Crisco or Palm Oil
¾ cup +2 Tbs cup Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
3½ cups Spelt Flour
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla

Wheat Version:
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup. Margarine/Crisco or Palm Oil
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
3½ cups Spelt Flour
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla

Mix in to above:
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup Rice Crispies Cereal
1 cup Pecans (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll is small 1-1.5 inch balls. Flatten with a sugared glass bottom. Bake 350ºF for 12-15 minutes.
