2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
3 T. granulated sugar
1/2 t. salt
6 T. chilled unsalted butter, cuty into tiny cubes
12 small strawberries, hulled and diced
3/4 c. half and half

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 c. half and half
1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º
Line a baking sheet with parchment
Whisk together dry ingredients. Add butter and cut in with a pastry cutter until mixture resembles crumbs.
Toss in strawberries and coat lightly with the flour mixture.
Add half and half and fold together gently until the mixture just begins to come together and forms a soft dough.. It will be wet.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and pat into a 1-inch thick circle. If dough is very sticky, sprinkle with a hint of flour. Using a sharp knife, cut into 8 triangles.
Place on baking sheet and bake 16-18 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from baking sheet and place on a cooling rack.
Make glaze by whisking ingredients together.
Glaze by dunking the tops or drizzling over the top.
