1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1 t. caraway seed
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t .salt
1 egg
1/4 c. water
2 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim off stem of head of cabbage. Boil cabbage until leaves are easy to separate. Cook rice as directed. Mix everything but water, cabbage & cans of tomato sauce. Measure about 1/4 c. of meat mixture & roll up in cabbage leaf. You can secure with a toothpick if needed. Place in a covered casserole dish. MIX : 2 cans of tomato sauce & water, pour over cabbage rolls. Cover & cook in 350 oven for about 40 minutes.
