1 loaf Vienna bread broken up into small pieces
6 eggs
⅓ cup vegetable oil
⅔ cup milk
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 dash of salt
1 dash of pepper
1 dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well all ingredients except bread. Slowly add mixture to bread pieces until a cookie dough-like consistency (you may not need all of the mixture). Spray hands with Pam cooking spray and roll mixture into 2" balls. Bring pot of water with salt to just a boil on medium heat. Cook dumplings for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain when done. Dry in 200º oven.
