Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1½ cups flour
¼ cup white sugar
3 tbsp. baking powder
⅛ tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups milk
1 tsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together first. In separate bowl, mix “wet” ingredients and add to dry mixture once mixed well.

Heat griddle to about 350ºF. Use the ¼ cup to measure batter and pour on hot griddle. Flip when all the bubbles on the pancake have popped. Push on pancake and if it springs up, it is cooked through.

Sausages
Fill dutch oven pot ¾ full of hot water. Turn on element to high and boil the water. Once it is at a rolling boil, add sausages and boil for 10 minutes. While sausages are boiling, preheat oven to 350ºF. Line cookie sheet with tin foil and once sausages are done boiling, place on cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Turn and bake another 10 minutes. Sausages will already be cooked from the boiling process, so this is just to brown them.
