Cake:
¼ cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup buttermilk (to which 1 tsp. baking soda has been added)
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 mashed bananas

Icing:
¼ cup butter
2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Enough cream to mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, and eggs. Beat well. Add buttermilk to which the soda has been added. Add bananas well-mashed and lastly add flour and baking powder.

Pour batter into a 9in. x 13in. pan and bake at 350ºF for about 20 minutes.

Ice with butter icing and top with grated chocolate.
