2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup (1 Stick) butter cut into small pieces
3/4-1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a large bowl, Wisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
Place skillet into oven until heated.
Add the pieces of cold butter and cut into the dry ingredients with a pastry cutter or fork until the consistency of coarse meal. Add ¾ cup buttermilk.

Once mixed dump out dough onto floured board and cut into 8 equal pieces and after the skillet is greased with a small amount of butter, place the dough balls in the skillet.

Roll out and cut into biscuits.


Bake for 22 minutes.
