1 can cream of chicken soup
8oz jar of Cheese Whiz™
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3 c. steamed broccoli, chopped
2 c. cooked rice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF (325ºF if glass pan)

Combine soup, milk, and cheese over low heat stirring constantly (or use double-boiler to prevent scorching).

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat and stir in onion and celery. Then add broccoli and continue to stir until well mixed. Combine vegetable mixture, sauce, and rice and place in greased casserole or 9x13 pan. Bake 45 minutes and serve.

Adam grew up with this flavorful side dish at most Thanksgiving meals. And it is still a staple at any holiday we spend in Haysville. It's a great complement to turkey, or even ham. And even better reheated.
