Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
4 cups white bread cubed
1-1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped celery very fine
2-4 Tbsp water or chicken broth
Sausage meat (pork, grandma always uses the ground pork in tube).

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the onions in the butter.

In a bowl combine everything together and mix well.

Stuff your chicken/turkey or you can make this as a loaf, in a loaf pan. Note: it is much better cooked in the bird but if you decide to cook your stuffing inside the turkey, stuff the bird just before cooking and use a food thermometer to make sure the stuffing's centre also reaches 74 Celsius or hotter. ..
