Ingredients: SAUCE 8-10 large cans tomato sauce (15 oz.) 2 small cans tomato paste (6 oz.) 2 cans petite chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp. sugar Large jar whole mushrooms Large jar sliced mushrooms 1 large onion, chopped Italian seasoning or Spaghetti Sauce Seasoning to taste Olive oil
MEATBALLS 2 lbs. ground beef 1 cup breadcrumbs 2 eggs 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic powder salt and pepper to taste

Directions:SAUCE Sauté onion in olive oil until transparent. Add the other ingredients and simmer uncovered for 1-1.5 hours.
MEATBALLS Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350º until brown. Remove from oven and add to sauce.
Cook in sauce for 30 or more minutes to absorb flavors. Serve over pasta. |
