1 Tbsp oil
2# chopped steak
2 med onions, sliced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
¾ cup shoyu
1 can tomato sauce
¼ cup water
1 can stewed tomatoes
cilantro to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak in hot oil. Add onions, garlic, bell pepper, and shoyu. Simmer 3 mins.

Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer 15 mins.

Add stewed tomatoes and taste. *May add 1 Tbsp. sugar, salt & pepper, if desired.

Garnish with cilantro and serve over hot rice.
