1 package white cake mix-or flavor of choice, strawberry, lemon, etc

1 package INSTANT pudding mix (flavor of choice; pistachio, etc)

4 large eggs

1 1/4 cups water (and/or juice if making pineapple flavor, etc)

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Optional add one cup chopped nuts (save some for topping)

Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease and flour bundt pan - combine all ingredients and beat 2 minutes - Bake 50/60 minutes- invert and cool completely- at least 25 minutes before icing cake.

Note: I using 9x13 pan, bake 40 minutes, test with toothpick

Dream Whip Icing
one package of dream whip combined with one package instant pudding mix- flavor of your choice. Check Dream Whip box for liquid amount - Anne uses 2% milk.
Best to "prechill" bowl, beaters and spatula in fridge while cake is cooking
