1/2 cup Crisco
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 1/2 flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco, butter, sugar, egg and vanilla together. Add dry ingredients. Mix and roll dough into a golf size ball. Press with potato masher. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
