Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ cups oil
4 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1 tsp baking soda

Prepare pan with butter or oil. Bake at 350 degrees until done or toothpick comes out clean

Frosting:
1 stick of butter (room temp)
1 pound powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 tsp vanilla
Optional (pecans on top)
If you are baking in a 9x13 pan you can half the frosting recipe. If cooking in round pans make full recipe

Prepare pan with butter or oil.
Mix ingredients together
Bake at 350 degrees until done or toothpick comes out clean
Let cool 1 hour
Mix together ingredients for frosting and top cake
