1lb. lean ground beef/veal/pork mix (you can do all beef here if you prefer)
2 large eggs
½ cup Parmesan or Romano grated cheese
½ - ¾ cup bread crumbs
basil, parsley, garlic, and onion powder, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together using ½ cup crumbs. If mixture is too wet add more bread crumbs. Form balls and fry in olive oil until brown on the outside -- they will finish cooking in the gravy. Save oil for the gravy.
Note: these are good all by themselves – just finish cooking them by frying. (Meatballs can also be cooked in the oven for 30 min then put in the gravy to finish cooking)
