2-3 stalks of celery chopped
½ can black olives sliced
½ can green olives with pimento sliced
1 large onion sliced
½ 12 oz. jar roasted peppers sliced
2 lbs. of 40-60 count cooked frozen shrimp defrosted & drained.
Vinegar
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Defrost shrimp (put shrimp in a colander in a bowl and put in refrigerator overnight). Pat shrimp dry and cup in half. Mix all together and add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least several hours or overnight before serving.
