3 cups coarsely chopped, cored and peeled fresh tomatoes
½ cups peeled and coarsely chopped cucumbers
1 green pepper, cored, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, sliced
½ cup water
5 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup wine vinegar
⅛ teaspoon cayenne (adjust to your level of spicy)
Salt to taste

Puree all ingredients in a blender. Chill. Serve in well chilled soup bowls. Use as a garnish croutons, finely diced cucumbers, onion and green pepper.
