2 qt. breadcrumbs (not to fine)
½ c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. raisins (optional)
2 eggs
¼ c. onion
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 - 2 tsp. poultry dressing
1 box Stove Top Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Add enough milk or water to make the crumbs moist. Thaw your turkey in salt water all day. Drain it and fill with stuffing. Cover well with tinfoil (2 layers). I use the extra wide one so it covers well! Bake at 250º for 10 - 11 hrs. Then loosen the foil so the turkey will brown slightly. Turn up temp to 350º. Bake till its been in 12 hrs total. Scoop out dressing and then slice it. Enjoy!
