4 cups milk (scalded) in microwave for 5 minutes
2 egg yolks beaten
3/4 cups sugar
1 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup Cocoa
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt together in medium pan. Add a little milk to beaten egg yolks to temper. Add a little scalded milk to cocoa and chocolate chips to temper (stir until smooth and melted and then add to sauce pan) Pour in remaining milk, sugar, cornstarch,and salt mixture. Add the eggs to sauce pan. Put on medium heat and stir continually so it doesn't scorch.

Cook until it starts to boil and thicken. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 Tbsp butter. Let cool in sauce pan, stirring every few minutes.
