1 can salmon, large
½ pkg. prepared dressing mix (Pepperidge Farm dressing mix)
½ onion, chopped fine
1 cup celery, chopped
½ cup evaporated milk
Mushroom soup sauce:
1 can mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 Tablespoon sherry (cooking or not)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until brown and solid.
2. While the loaf is baking, combine and heat the last three ingredients in a sauce pan.
3. Serve loaf with Mushroom Soup Sauce.
