1 can French green beans
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can Lesueur peas
1 cup chopped celery
1 chopped green bell pepper
chopped onion to taste
1 jar pimentos
1 Tbsp water
3/4 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil

Drain green beans, corn and peas and mix together. Add celery, bell peppers, onion and pimentos. In saucepan, bring to boil water, vinegar, sugar, salt and oil. Pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
