Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
20 single graham Cracker wafers, crushed (about 1.5 cups crumbs) Can use chocolate crackers.
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 heaping Tbs. flour

Topping:
2 C. coconut
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Frosting:
1/2 C. butter
3/4 C. Powdered Sugar
small amount of milk
a few drops of red food coloring (to make the frosting pink)

Directions:
Directions:
20 single graham Cracker wafers, crushed (about 1.5 cups crumbs)
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 heaping Tbs. flour
press into a 9x9 baking pan and bake 275º for 10 minutes.

Combine & spread on top:

2 C. coconut
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
Bake 350º for 20 minutes.

Frost with:
Combine:
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Add: enough milk to make a glaze and a few drops of red food coloring.
Cover and keep in the refrigerator
