1 lb. dried apricots
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
Pie crust dough

Directions:
Directions:
Cover apricots with water and add lemon juice and sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook ingredients down. Stir often so as not to scorch the fruit. Using pie crust dough, roll fairly thin. Cut in circles and place a spoon full of filling in the center. Pinch edges together. Brush tops with a little milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.

Peaches, plums or other dried fruits may be used. You won’t be able to keep them very long. They’re the best warm.
