1 pack of Oreo's - 1 lb.
1 stick oleo
1 12 oz. container cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk (combine these two)
Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreo's and line cake pan with all but ½ cup.
Place oleo and powdered sugar in microwave until soft.
Add cream cheese and beat until soft.
Combine milk and pudding and then add to mixture.
Fold in cool whip and place mixture into pan.
Sprinkle remaining Oreo's on top of mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.

Add gummy worms on top, if you'd like!
