1¾ Cups sugar
3 eggs
1 Cup cooking oil
2 Cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 Cups sliced apples
1 Cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º F. Grease & flour a 9 x 13 pan.

Beat well sugar & eggs, add oil and mix well until creamy use electric mixer.
Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt. Mix into sugar, egg & oil mixture.

Fold in apples & nuts. Pour into pan.

Bake for 45 - 60 minutes.
