Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-5 canned green beans
6-8 cooked bacon slices, save some grease
5 tbsp. red wine vinegar (you can add more for additional flavor)
salt and pepper taste

Directions:
Directions:
Depending on your group size, you can add as many cans of beans that you need. For Sunday dinners I do 6-7! Then increase the amount of red wine vinegar, and bacon.

Cook bacon, until crispy. Save drippings. (I cook my bacon in the microwave on a microwave bacon rack.) Put beans in a big sauce pan, salt and pepper to taste, add red wine vinegar and about 3-4 tbsp. of the bacon drippings for flavor. Let simmer for about 30 minutes on low heat. Cut up bacon strips into bit size pieces with scissors, and sprinkle on top of beans 2-3 minutes before serving.
