I c butter softened
1 c granulated sugar
1 tsp white vinegar
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 c finely chopped pecans
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and vinegar until well combined. Sift flour with soda and salt. Add to butter mixture. combine until well mixed. Add vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon full or use a cookie scoop, I use 1 tbsp sized scoop. place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake on top rack only... 325* - 350* for 18 - 20 ,minutes
**use scant amounts to drop, they will spread out as they bake.
