4 boneless chicken breasts 1/4 cup orange marmalade 1 envelope Shake n Bake crispy (extra) Coating Mix
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease baking pan with Pam. Spread chicken breasts with marmalade. Empty coating mix into shallow bowl. Turn chicken in mix to evenly coat both sides. Pace in baking dish and bake for 25 min. Serve with rice.
