2 c. white sugar
2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal (measure first then chip in blender)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
8 oz. Hershey bar (grated finely)
3 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, and brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
In separate bowl mix dry ingredients.
Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture.
Add: chocolate chips, grated chocolate, and nuts.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake @ 350º 8-9 minutes.

One half batch may make 6-8 dozens.
