4 egg yolks beaten
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 tbsp amaretto
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit: peach slices, raspberries, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, strawberries, blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first threee ingredients in sauce pan. Gradually add milk stirring until smooth. Cover over low heat. Stirring occasionally 6-7 minutes. (160 degrees) Remove from heat. Stir in amaretto and vanilla. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh fruit.
