2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup shortening or butter
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking soda (heaping)
1 tsp salt (scant)
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add sour cream, baking soda, salt and flour. Chill in the fridge for one night. Roll out, cut, and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350° F until brown. Approx 6-10 minutes.
