3/4 c. Sugar, 1/3 c. oil , 2 eggs, 2 c. Flour, 1 tea. cinnamon, 1tea Baking soda, 1tea. Baking Powder, 1/4 tea. Salt, 2 can peaches drained and chopped,1 tea. Van., 1c. finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325, Mix sugar and oil add eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. stir in peach , vanilla and pecans. pour better in to two greased and floured 8x5 loaf pans. Bake for 55 mins. or until top is golden and springs back when touched. cool on wire rack before removing from pan.
