1 envelope gelatin
1/3 c. cold water
1/2 c milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 c whipped cream
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp brown sugar
12 graham crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin and water until dissolved. Mix together milk, sugar and egg yolks. Boil this mixture one minute, then add gelatin mixture. Cool until thick. Add 2 stiffly beated egg whites. Then add whipped cream. Melt butter, mix with brown sugar and grahma crackers. Brown in oven. Layer a bowl with 1/2 of graham mixture on bottom, gelatin fluff in middle, and 1/2 graham mixture on top. Refrigerate or freeze for later.
