½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla
¼ Cup Millk
4 Slices of white bread

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat egg. vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish with wire whisk. Stir in milk .
2. Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat boat both sidees evenly.
3. Cook bread slices in lightly buttered nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until
browned on both sides. Serve with Maple syrup.
