Ingredients: I grew up eating my momma's peanut butter orange cookies. This recipe has been adapted to be a fasting friendly treat, but the subtle orange flavor surprise within a soft and chewy peanut butter cookie still takes me right back to my childhood!
1 c. natural peanut butter ⅔ c. cane sugar, plus extra for sprinkling 6 T. oat milk 2 t. vanilla extract 2 t. orange zest 1 c. flour 1 t. baking soda ½ tsp. sea salt
