3 cups flour
1cup lard
1 egg
1/4 cup cold water
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt

cut lard into flour, add salt
beat eggs , water and vinegar
after mixed well, add flour and shortening.
Roll our fairly thin, place in pie pan
