9 X-Large eggs
2 cups sugar
1- 3 lb container ricotta cheese
1/2 of 1/4 lb container + 2 tbsp fruit cake fruit in food processor chopped fine
small bottle of orange water
pinch of salt

Crust:

3/4 cup Crisco
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups flour
pinch salt
2 eggs
1/8 cup cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco and sugar. Knead all the ingredients by hand.

Preheat oven 425 degrees. Then lower oven to 350 degrees, cook at least 1 hour. Cover crust if it begins to burn. Cracks when done.
