2 (14 oz) packages caramels, unwrapped (I use Kraft or Wirthers Soft
⅓ cup evaporated milk

1 package German Chocolate cake mix
⅓ evaporated milk
½ butter, melted
1 (6 oz) chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Unwrap caramels and combine with evaporated milk. Slowly melt and stir until smooth and creamy.

Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.Sir cake mix, milk and butter by hand and combined. Press half the mixture into prepared pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips evenly over the brownies. Pour melted carmel over and dot remaining half of cake to top. Bake for another 15-18 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
