1 box Jiffy cornbread
3/4 stick of butter
4 eggs
1 large onion, diced
10 oz broccoli, thawed
2 c. shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Melt butter in 9x13 in. pan. Mix remaining ingredients in pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
