6 potatoes, sliced
6 slices bacon, diced
3 TB flour
3 TB sugar
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 cup vinegar
2/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
*Cook potatoes until done, cool slightly and then slice into bowl. Add sauce and serve warm.
SAUCE:
*Fry bacon until not quite brown, drain fat into small pan. Add onions into fat and cook until soft. Add flour, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper and cook until it starts to bubble. Then add vinegar and water. Cook until it bubbles and stir 1 minute until thick. Add bacon and then add sauce to potatoes.
