1 # ground beef
pepper to taste
onions, chopped
green peppers, chopped
sliced American Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in pan with onion and green peppers. Drain fat from beef. Sprinkle with pepper and salt (use enough pepper to make slightly spicy). Place slices of american cheese on top and melt. Keep adding enough cheese until beef mixture sticks together.

Pile onto hamburger buns.
