Texas Sheet Cake Recipe

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
6 Tbsp. milk
4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. pecans

Bring to a boil: oil, margarine, cocoa and water in saucepan. Combine flour and sugar. Add cooked ingredients and mix. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and salt. Pour batter into 10x15 greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.

Topping: Heat margarine, cocoa and milk in saucepan until margerine melts. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, vanilla and pecans.
