3 Eggs
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice (1/2 Fresh Lemon)
Salt

1. Melt one stick of butter

2. Put 3 egg yolks in blender.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and a shake of salt.

4. Blend until creamy, about 10 seconds.

5. Turn blender on slow and slowly pour in butter, too fast and you'll cook the eggs.

6. Serve immediately
